Not good or bad. They were going to charge $69 just to come look at my sink to give me a quote. As a single mom on a very tight budget, I wasn’t comfortable paying that kind of money to just get a quote not even being sure if I would be able to accept the quote or not. Very disappointed I couldn’t just get a quote and decide from there. A quote for what I needed done would have been quick and simple. It’s a basic cut and dry job. Sad I couldn’t accomplish more with them. Very pleasant to speak with.
