Amount quoted was strictly on the phone and no formal quote or contract given. Amount quoted was $250 based on the measurements of the room. Pro never mentioned a flat hourly rate. I was charged 350 and told that his flat hourly rate was 65.00 per hour. I paid the amount because I didn’t have anything in writing. Lesson learned. However I was not 100% satisfied with the paint job. Right below the ceiling crown molding, there were areas not completely painted. My husband will have to go back and touch up. I should have saved my money and done it ourselves.

I'm sorry you feel that way. The price was given by phone and it was agreed, for the size of that room. I showed the room paited to Mr. Bondurant and he liked the job and he even said Perfect. He never mentioned that there was anything wrong, and if there's something wrong I will gladly fix it.
