Had a minor air conditioning issue.Called and reported to Prantl .Even in this extremely hot time when Im sure company has multiple service callsExpected to be put in line to be serviced.However Service Tech said they would be out shortly and Tech Tom was out promptly and restored my air conditioner to proper conditionMy thanks to Tom and Prantl for great service .Will recommend Prantl to anyone in need of their services .

I called on a Friday afternoon that my air conditioner was not working. They came out that day. My unit was 17 years old and I needed a new one. Zack went back to the office to get me a portable air conditioner to use for the weekend and they were out Monday morning to install my new unit. I am very satisfied with the price and will only use Prantl heating and air.

I recently have had the experience of Prantl Heating/Cooling and their absolute diligence (8 hrs of their technicians working in a very hot attic), it became evident I had not chosen the best optionbut be assured these guys , Tom,Chris,,Zac , Nick and Blake managed this difficult situation with such patience, skill and financial consideration, it was outstanding. Certainly most decisions, installations, etc, go smoothly but as important you should have a company who is able to demonstrate their excellence in a consistent manner no matter the circumstances.
