Your pool had several problems that you didn’t want to take care of the duck tape was an attempt to hold what basket you had together because it was already destroyed. You brushed netted and shocked your pool as per first visit was stated before work was started your skimmer is from the 60s and finding a basket has proved to be difficult we are sorry you don’t think so we wish you luck in your pool endeavors
