In two words, these guys are ROCK STARS! I didn't see all the damage done to my house by a large fallen tree until it was removed; Paul Stevens and his crew saw and repaired things beyond what I saw at first. The fence: Perfect. The roof: Repaired. The metal patio roof: Straight. Damaged Boards: Done. I was a little apprehensive about paying extra (beyond insured damage) for power washing but I have to tell you it was the icing on the cake. It looks like this house has been freshly painted. We hired this contractor to repair fascia boards. The work itself was eventually completed, but the process was unprofessional. They were late every day and repeatedly pressured us for payment before the job was done, even after receiving a deposit for materials. One employee promised to provide verification photos for hidden work but never did, then shifted the responsibility to us as if we were employees. On the final day, they insisted we pay before 30% of the work was finished, citing their own payroll needs. While the project was completed, the experience left us feeling pressured and dismissed as homeowners. Future customers should be aware of these issues and insist on clear agreements about payment and accountability before hiring.
