I am Chef Jam, of Palate Jam. While I've been established for only 2 years, my talent and passion for cooking stems from as early as childhood. My focus is to combine my love for fellowshipping over food with flavorful cuisines I have had the privilege to explore and make into my own to develop an incredible palate for my clients to savor every bite. I specialize in a variety of cuisine types such as Soul Food, American, Seafood, Creole/Cajun, Mexican, Italian, BBQ, and Jamaican; and, cater to specific lifestyles that suit vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans, elderly clients, as well as kids. My passion is tasty food at a healthy pace. I believe the foods we enjoy can always be made healthier and yet still tasteful. 10/10 experience! Chef Jam and Selena were phenomenal. Our party requested oxtails, rice, greens, and southern styled sweet potatoes; which were amazing. The experience altogether was nonetheless great. The ladies were down to earth, welcoming, and allowed everyone to feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend Palate Jam!!

I was only able to select three of the categories but would also add responsiveness and punctuality.
Palate Jam is not just food. It’s an experience. The dishes are prepared to leave your tastebuds dancing with every single bite. You might even start humming your favorite tune. It’s the excitement you need in your life. Jamie has prepared countless dishes for my family and me including shrimp fried rice, shrimp and grits, candied Brussel sprouts, fish and jerk chicken tacos, baked mac-n-cheese,
lasagna, lamb chops, baked whole snapper, collard greens, and so much more. Jamie’s passion for cooking is evident. She’s extremely detailed, attentive, and customer driven. Once you get a taste of Palate Jam there’s no going back.
