They were so good at communicating with me. They gave me options on how to respond to them since I couldn't be on the phone alot. They always let me know before they came over so I could let my elderly parent be prepared for company. Everyone was nice and understanding.

Donald was our handyman. He let us know about 15 minutes in advance of when he was coming. I really appreciated the notification. He was very polite and professional.
