We had our bathroom remodeled AA PLUMBING changed out the toilet the sink and the shower. They installed new shower valve and new plumbing in walls. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

I hired A&A Plumbing & Construction Services after my first contractor completely botched my bathroom remodel. The original work was horrendous, and I was desperate to have someone come in and make things right.
When I first met with A&A, the gentleman was very eager and confident that he and his team could fix the mess and complete the remodel. The scope included tile work, toilet installation, vanity installation, drywall repairs, painting, and a new sliding shower door.
To their credit, several items were completed and look much better than before. However, I cannot say I had a great experience overall — and as of today, the job is still not truly complete despite being marked as “finished.”
The Main Issues:
• Tile Work:
• Some of my floor tiles were loose and popping up. I made it clear I did not want to redo the whole floor, just secure the ones that were loose. This was not done.
• Around the toilet, we agreed they would re-orient the tiles so they matched the rest of the floor. This was not done either.
• They cut the tile so tightly around the showerhead that it is now impossible to change the showerhead without ripping out tile.
• Grouting & Caulking:
• They “ran out of grout” while I was away and decided to use black caulk instead, which looks sloppy and out of place.
• They even filled the entire gap between the top of the tile and the ceiling with black caulk.
• When I came back, I immediately requested that this be corrected. Someone did return and replaced some of the caulk with grout, but there are still areas with caulking, areas where grout is not cleaned properly, and even tape left on the ceiling from where they worked.
• Shower Door Installation:
• The sliding shower door was installed, but one side does not slide into place correctly. When I try to move it into position, it pops out of the track completely.
Communication & Follow-Up:
I have been waiting almost two weeks for Angel to return and address these quality issues. He has not come back to inspect or finish what was promised.
Bottom Line:
While A&A was much better than the first contractor I hired, the job is still incomplete and not up to the standard I was promised. I was told everything would be done by August 22, and here we are on 9/13 with loose floor tiles, misaligned tiles, sloppy grouting, and a shower door that does not function correctly.
I would recommend A&A only if you are prepared to stay on top of the work and check everything carefully before making final payment. There is potential here, but the lack of follow-through and attention to detail left me very disappointed.

Sometimes people are never satisfied we did the best we can for $3000. I think that is the best deal you’re ever going to get that was very disrespectful for throwing us under the bus. You clearly told me you did not want warranty and I do have your text. I hope in the future you’re able to be a little bit more kind to your Workers for $3000 I believe that you got the best deal and it came out really nice better than it was before. We’re just trying to do honest work but for you giving us that review that was not cool. Newcomers will end up knowing that people need to work together in the community instead of trashing down people.
