Cristofer from Arizona Landscaping & Handyman responded within the hour. He was able to set up the appointment for the next morning! He kept in contact & was punctual. He was very conscientious about the job being completed to my satisfaction (and more)! He is also a nice guy. He quoted less than the other three people I contacted. We will be hiring him again for other projects.

The first phase of our home improvements involved crucial exterior work: repairing our fence and replacing faulty irrigation valves. We were very pleased with Chris, who demonstrated a strong understanding of our needs. We sought a budget-friendly approach to refurbish our fence, gate, and garbage enclosure, hoping to salvage as much of the original wood as possible and then apply a solid stain. Chris successfully achieved this, making essential repairs. The transformation is remarkable; our gate doors now operate smoothly, and everything has a fresh, new appearance. We also want to highlight Chris’s diligent preparation work, which included extensive pressure washing of the wood and the replacement of any boards that were beyond repair due to age.

We hired him to seal cracks and paint our home WHICH TURNED UT TO BE a complete disaster. He sealed cracks with silicone, did not stain areas sealed, and left the home looking like a spider web (shiny lines all over). We attempted to work with him and have him go and correct his work, to no avail...he made promises without following through. I am left with no alternative but to sue him in court for our monies, have the job done correctly, and report him as an unlicensed contractor, charging for work exceeding $1000, what is more than the Arizona law allows without a license. He does very unprofessional work. HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED
