I reached out late into the afternoon and Garry was very quick to respond and was able to come out and diagnose the issue within 2 hours of my initial inquiry. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful with providing information regarding the issue. He was very friendly and I never felt pressured into a purchase/repair.
