I hired a cleaning service on short notice for a deep clean of my rental property, which is a one-bedroom condo. The place was quite messy because my tenant had a pet, even though pets were not allowed. They could have charged me a lot for this matter, but their fee was very reasonable. The cleaning team took before-and-after photos and thoroughly explained everything they would do, completing the tasks as promised. I had been considering getting a regular cleaner for each of my rentals and I believe I’ve found one!
