Todd at Skylink, Inc. was a pleasure to work with. Todd was responsive, professional and engaging while working through 2-separate security system installations on our home. At my request and with Todd’s technical input it was agreed that the second installation—a camera and NVR upgrade—was necessary.
Pricing for both installations was competitive. I greatly appreciate the onsite support Todd provided regarding the initial software setup and user interface programming for both installations.
− at the end of the day the end-user, the client, not the professional security installer, must be able to actually understand how to use their security system to a sufficient degree. Todd made that possible.

The guy scheduled two different appts and blew both of them off.
The first one time of appt came and he called and said I couldn’t find information about camera I needed to install therefore he waited until the appt time to let me know ..the second appt we talked and texted and he said we didn’t have appt
