- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes complete service. That’s cleaning the inside and outside of the tank, any filtration being used, and performing a water change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing what exactly the customer would like before work is performed, explain all parameters of the aquarium water, if any additional filtration is needed or any other components to help the life of the Tank. From there, discuss discussing options for recurring service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College education in Marine biology catered with almost 20 years experience in the industry.
