I liked the fact that Brent was generated a quote for me right there on the spot. He was responsive to phone calls. The concrete crew was timely, professional and courteous. The work was completed exactly as requested and they cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend Capital Landscapes.

We had a little bit of a snafu with install. Took a few days longer to get it right but we should be good to go now. Good guys to work with and would be 5 stars if it wasn't for snafu and delay.

Brent is polite and does excellent quality work. His pricing is competative and he is professional for example, when pavers was delivered they were not the color i ordered. i expected Brent to give me a hard time, or worse yet, not do a good job. Neither of those things happened. He smiled and told the men to reload the pavers, called and arrainged to pick up the color I wanted and had them installed the same day. An area of growth for him would be to stay in close contact with customers and document details, such as, color etc, on the invoice to avoid miscommunication. Once again, what really made Brent stand out is that he made it right without making me feel bad.

Met with Brent, immediately I felt comfortable that he is a true pro. After a quick scan of the project which included pavers, coping around the pool, grass, sprinklers, and even a lot of demo, the quote was well under his primary competition. His crew showed up on time, and were all great guys. The finished product was beyond my expectations, to the point that I'm shooting of my amazing back yard to everyone I know. Don't hesitate to hire this crew, they will do you right.

Our experience with Mr. CHILES WAS SUPERB. He made sure to show directly where the leakage problems were. He give us options and explained clearly what he intended to do for us. He explained costs honestly. He was also honest about telling us he could not come that same week but had to wait until the end of the next week to take care of our problem and that it could take 3 days to complete. He immediately shut off the outside water lines that fed into the broken sprinkler system. He arrived on time as scheduled and worked hard alongside with his crew to make sure all the new sprinkler system was put in correcty. They also finished ahead of schedule so they we done before the weekend. Mr. Chiles wss polite respectful honorable snd professional in evey aspect. We noted that he showed the same respect to his crew. They went the extra mile to remove yard debri that had to be raked into piles and cleared away before the work could be done.
We give Mr. Chiles and his crew top rating We would recommend him and Capital Landscpes to our friends.
