Was great working with James. Very reasonably priced and he never missed a call from me. Any pool repairs going forward will be a call to James. Very personable and a pleasure to work with. He replaced a pool pump and drained and cleaned my pool. He knew I prefer to take care of my pool maintenance, and never pressured me to be my pool guy. Would highly recommend and I will use him again.

I was in a desperate situation and reached out to various companies. I received an actual phone call from James. His call was not to ensure he got the job but to give me some valuable information and possible options on how to proceed. How refreshing to actually speak to someone and on a late Saturday afternoon when James was returning home from family time. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. Arrived when he advised and kept me up to date on all process issues. I would totally recommend Got Pool Services. Thank you James, so nice to find a small business willing to go the extra mile.

Great work! Will use for all future cleaning needs. James was very responsive and had us scheduled within a couple days. They were able to do pebble tec repair, remove calcium build up line, acid wash, and pool fill. Very professional and provided honest feedback. Communicated with us every step of the way and responded to any questions immediately.
