- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Diagnostic fees are applied toward the repair if the customer proceeds. We also provide warranties on parts and labor, plus special discounts for seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a diagnostic to identify the issue. Then, we provide a clear estimate and explain the repair process. With approval, we proceed with the repair, test the appliance, and ensure the customer is satisfied before completing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained in appliance diagnostics and repair for refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. We’ve also completed manufacturer-specific training and continue to stay updated on new models and technologies.
