I was impressed. The gentleman brought to my attention that it was too late for grass seeding (what I wanted), and my only option was to lay sod (in a type of grass I did not want). Clearly he was not out for money at my expense. He was also very communicative, prompt and friendly. My project is now on hold until the fall, and I will contact him then!
