Our process begins with a comprehensive assessment to understand your athletic background, current performance, and specific in-game goals. From there, I develop a completely customized training plan that directly targets the strength and conditioning needs required by your sport.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM certified personal trainer specializing in athletic performance. My decades of experience as a competitive tennis player provide me with a unique, real-world understanding of what it takes to excel physically and improve performance on the court.
