If I could add one more item, I would say value. Although Adam had a very busy day, he kept me informed of his time frame and did make sure to come to my house and take care of my plumbing problem as he said he would. I would definitely contact Adam again for any future issues. He is a new entrepreneur with four years of plumbing experience. He clearly knew what he was doing.
