Chef Fon went above and beyond for the event. We rented a house without us knowing the layout. Prepped all the food in the kitchen and cook all the steaks in the out door grill that was down 20 stairs and other side of the pool. The food was amazing. When he left you would not know he was there.

Don was amazing!! He came over and did a cooking class for my kids. He modified two “Instagram recipes” that my kids were interested in and helped them successfully make them by teaching them basic cooking skills throughout the entire process. He talked about knife skills, nutrition, stove top safety, and spice tips. He answered all their questions and much more! The kids had so much fun and LOVED the dishes they made, they can’t wait to make them again on their own. We can’t wait to have him over again soon. He was responsive, professional, and we would use his services again anytime!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Unforgettable Cooking Experience with Don! My wife and I will absolutely book again right away!! Don went above and beyond in every way imaginable. He stayed over an hour past the scheduled time without charging us extra, and not once did he rush—he was patient, engaging, and incredibly thorough with his explanations. He came fully prepared with all the ingredients and food for the evening, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Every single dish we made was absolutely delicious. The sauce he helped us create was hands-down the best homemade sauce we’ve ever had, and the quinoa was so uniquely cooked to add so much flavor, unlike any we’ve had before. Don walked us through proper knife skills and cutting techniques for a variety of ingredients, showed us efficient prep methods for each item, and even explained the best practices for pan placement and heat control on the stove. Don also left us with plenty of leftovers, which was such a thoughtful touch. The chicken was the juiciest we’ve ever tasted, and the presentation of each plate looked like something from a restaurant. Even my wife, who typically doesn’t enjoy asparagus, couldn’t stop raving about how good it was! This experience was not just a meal—it was a masterclass in flavor, technique, and hospitality. As crazy as it sounds, the food somehow tasted 100x better than it looked, and it looked amazing. Highly recommend Don for anyone looking to learn, eat well, and have a genuinely fantastic time.

I hired Don to surprise my husband on his birthday with a dinner. We just had our second baby and going out was not an option . This was the perfect surprise! From the very beginning, Don was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The communication was great and he was punctual which I highly appreciate. As for the food, 10/10 , one of the best meals we’ve ever had and the presentation sublime! It was full of flavour and exactly what I wanted . It surpassed my expectations!!! I highly recommend him and we will use him again. Thank you for one of the most memorable experiences, Chef!
