- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scottsdale customers can either walk into our showroom or schedule a free in-home consultation. The process includes: Consultation with a design expert and live product demos. A written quote and 50% deposit to begin. Professional measurement and order placement. Delivery, installation, and motorization setup (if applicable). Final payment after project inspection. This ensures a smooth, transparent experience from start to finish
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Scottsdale team is made up of licensed, insured, and fully trained professionals. Installers are experienced in handling all types of window coverings, including motorized and smart-integrated systems (Somfy, Zigbee, TaHoma).
