- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our cleanings are based on home size. For example, standard cleanings start at $115 for homes up to 1,000 sq ft, with larger homes priced higher. Deep cleans start at $175, and move-in/move-out cleans start at $150. We also offer $25 off your first deep clean and recurring discounts after your first two cleans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to confirm your home size, needs, and preferred schedule. From there, we provide a clear quote and get your first cleaning scheduled. After your first visit, we’ll check in and, if you’d like, lock in discounted rates for recurring service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is professionally trained in both standard and deep cleaning techniques. We’re also pet-friendly and use safe, effective cleaning methods that give consistent results.
