She is very sweet and always uses natural products. This is great for me because I have so many allergies. I can converse with her in English, I know that sounds bad but if you can't communicate it makes it difficult. She is very careful of my things and has not broken or destroyed one thing. I have had some very careless cleaners. Drew is who you want for a good cleaner.
