About
My name is Brad Frank, and I have dedicated my life to fitness, sports, and coaching. My journey began at the age of five when I was introduced to the sport of wrestling. This early start sparked a passion that has driven me for the past 48 years, during which I’ve competed, trained, and coached wrestling at various levels. My love for sports naturally extended to Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), where I served with the Arizona Boxing and MMA Commission for a decade. As a referee and judge, I gained hands-on experience, overseeing hundreds of MMA events, which deepened my understanding of the sport’s dynamics. Since then, I’ve transitioned to coaching local MMA fighters, using my extensive experience to help athletes sharpen their skills and enhance their performance.
However, my fitness journey has not been without its challenges. In my 30s, I found myself overweight and dealing with health issues. It was during this time that I rediscovered my love for weightlifting and working out. This personal transformation allowed me to reclaim my health, and reignited my passion for fitness. Now, as a personal trainer, I am driven by the desire to help others achieve their own fitness goals and transform their lives, just as I did.
I hold several certifications that empower me to provide comprehensive training services. I am a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and I am also a Level 1 and Level 2 Kettlebell Master Instructor through FEO. Currently, I am pursuing further education to become a Combat Conditioning Coach Specialist, a testament to my commitment to expanding my expertise and staying at the forefront of fitness training.
My coaching philosophy revolves around a personalized approach to fitness. Whether it’s instruction on functional strength training, sports-specific weight training, weight loss strategies, or posture correction, I am equipped to design tailored programs that suit each client’s unique needs. I also specialize in helping clients overcome specific issues, such as lower back or hip problems, by focusing on corrective exercises and mobility work to restore strength and function.
Beyond the certifications and experience, my greatest motivation comes from seeing my clients succeed. I believe that fitness is a lifelong journey, and I am here to support my clients every step of the way—whether they are new to exercise, looking to get back in shape, or seeking to reach new heights in their athletic pursuits. Together, we can build a foundation of strength, resilience, and confidence that extends far beyond the gym.
Outside of training, I stay engaged in the fitness community, continuously learning and staying updated with the latest trends and techniques to ensure my clients receive the best possible guidance and support.

Finding a mobile personal trainer has been difficult for my wife and I, and we were fortunate to locate Brad. Punctuality, knowledgeable, engaging, and with reasonable rates, just what we were looking for. Our progress has been great and without having to go to a crowded, noisy gym.

I do personal trainings with Brad and they are amazing !! Good energy and very fun! Works to target and strengthen areas specific to our needs. love that he’s open to conversations and adjusting the flow of the session to what best fits us ! Making it a true personal training session.
Love that we get the mix of boxing into our sessions too.

In the short amount of time that I have been working out with Brad my body has changed immensely. Not only have I seen improvements in the way I look, but my strength and confidence have reached skyrocketing levels! I can’t wait to continue my sessions to see how much more improvement my body is going to show, physically, and mentally! Brad is very professional, very knowledgeable, and offers a great variation in workout techniques and styles. I love that he incorporates boxing and kettlebell to make a tough but effective cardio workout. So glad that I chose him as my trainer!
