Not only was he thorough and knowledgeable, but he was also so friendly and easy to talk to. Were so happy with the great, friendly service and affordable prices we get from Risi Brothers! Our technician is meticulous in making sure the chemistry is balanced and the tile is brushed down. He always leaves our pool sparkling clean! He also goes the extra mile to check the equipment. We get notifications when hes on his way and photos when hes done. Chris and Jake are responsive and really customer-oriented. Were so glad we chose Risi Brothers!
