Initial Contact & Project Discussion It all starts with a quick conversation. We'll collect your basic contact information. From there, we can discuss the specifics of your project. For more complex jobs, we offer a free on-site estimate to fully understand your needs and explore all available options. 2. Transparent Estimate & Client Portal After our discussion or on-site visit, we'll provide a clear, transparent estimate with a detailed scope of work. This also gives you instant access to your personal client portal, where you can review your estimate, communicate with our team, and keep track of your project's progress. 3. Scheduling Your Service Once you approve the work, a member of our team will reach out to you directly to collect any necessary deposits, go over scheduling and reserve your spot on our calendar. We'll send you appointment reminders and a message when our technician is on the way so you know our estimated time of arrival. 4. Project Completion & Final Walkthrough Once all the work is completed, we'll walk you through the results, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you're completely satisfied. We'll then collect payment for the project, wrapping up the job efficiently and professionally.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My journey in the electrical field has been a progressive one, built on years of hands-on experience and a passion for the trade. I began my career in the residential solar industry, where I honed my skills on complex rooftop installations. I quickly advanced, working my way up to a foreman position responsible for running a full crew. My experience also expanded to include larger, more complex commercial solar installations, broadening my expertise beyond residential systems. After several years in the solar industry, I transitioned into more traditional electrical work. I gained extensive experience in a wide range of projects, including wiring new home builds, remodels, and commercial ground-up and remodel work. This provided me with a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems across all sectors. My dedication to quality and leadership skills led me to a superintendent role, where I oversaw multiple crews on a variety of large-scale projects. These projects included luxury custom homes, semi-spec houses, luxury multi-family developments, and large commercial remodels and new constructions. In 2019, I decided to take everything I had learned and branch out on my own. My mission was clear: to bring the highest quality of electrical work to our customers at a fair price, providing a level of quality and dependability they could truly count on. This company is a culmination of years of hard work, diverse experience, and a commitment to excellence.
