Nicole is a great person to work with. She works very systematically, and it works. If you need to get organized, she can do it. Once she sees the project, she comes up with a plan and gets right to work. Nicole does not judge. She is very professional. So, if you have OCD or something similar, she's the person to work with. I already have her scheduled to return.
