- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We should be a bit cheaper than average pricing for competing businesses. However, we have some highly experienced leaders who can source high quality products, so value with Smart Builders should be among the top few in the entire DFW area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to focus on learning as much about the customer's situation and goals as possible. If we can understand the customer, we feel we can match products to meet their goals, instead of try to sell products. If we put the energy into the listening part of the consultation, we feel much more confident about having satisfied happy clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have staff that is certified in different building processes and home improvement processes. Our leadership has multiple degrees, including engineering, operations and service. With over 30 years of experience in home improvement businesses, our team is ready and able to focus on the customer and offer innovative solutions that other businesses just don't have the ability to offer.
