I recently had the pleasure of working with Innovative Glass and Door for my new front door installation - I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Jamie was professional and provided a fair quote after coming to assess the project. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the scope of work. On installation day, Jamie and another installer showed up right on time, which I really appreciated. They were not only efficient but also extremely respectful of my home. They made sure everything was clean and tidy throughout the process, and I could tell they took pride in their work. Jamie also offered some fantastic recommendations for additional services I needed to complete the job. He didn’t just stop at the door installation—he ensured everything was up to my expectations. One thing that really stood out was how Jamie went the extra mile by picking up the very heavy door from the supplier himself, making sure the installation went smoothly. I have been waiting a long time to find the perfect door for my home. I am so grateful to find someone like Jaime who made the whole installation process easy and smooth. The door is beautiful and we are so, so happy. I highly recommend Innovative Glass and Door. The combination of fair pricing, professional service, and Jamie’s attention to detail really made the whole experience one I have not had with other businesses that have worked on my home.
