This customer was very understanding- other than the fact that you came out to look at the project and saw the amount of bedrock and still didnt come prepared- which put our job a week behind. The job looks good- did good work. But the fact that you use the bedrock as an excuse when i myself knew it would take more than the normal auger- which is why I didnt do the fence myself. Then to go online and post something like this. Awful AWFUL customer service. Would rather have paid someone more money and been dealt with with better care. Was honestly not going to write a review or anything about until I saw their Facebook post about us. Sometimes as a business owner you should learn not to make snarky remarks about customers.

Before you decide to book a free consultation, think twice about choosing this company. My first appointment was scheduled, but nobody appeared. I phoned him since I had to be at a ball game in 40 minutes, and he apologized, rescheduling our plans. I was informed that he would be able to come the next day, but there was a chance of him arriving a bit late. For me, being a little late means 15 - 20 minutes, not two full hours! He didnt bother giving me any updates on what was happening. I had to skip work for the appointment and ended up losing money. I was unable to resume work as I awaited the decision of this highly unprofessional business about their arrival. I let him know via text that I didnt appreciate the disrespect and the financial loss I experienced. Once again, he texted me back with a new set of excuses. If your plate is full and you cant make an appointment, you should always refrain from scheduling with anyone. The least you can do is give updates! People besides you also have occupations and obligations. Our time holds equal importance as yours, given that we are your customers. There is no chance Ill hire a company that lacks ethics. Their treatment of the public makes me doubt the quality of their work. Buyer be aware!

Ben , I want to apologize for the miscommunication regarding our scheduled estimate appointment. We understand that your time is valuable, and we regret not being able to make it out to your property as originally planned.
On the first day, we had you scheduled for an estimate between 4 and 6 PM. We spoke to you at 4:15 PM, and you informed us that you had to attend a ball game. We then set up an appointment for the next day between 2 and 5 PM. You indicated you work from home and that would not be a problem.
On the second day, we communicated at 1:15 PM to let you know that our technician would arrive later than 2 PM but before 5pm However, at 3:55 PM, you informed us that you did not want us to come and that you would go with another company.
We understand your frustration, and we take responsibility for the miscommunication. We value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. We will use this experience as an opportunity to improve our communication and scheduling processes.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

With all the logistics and moving into my forever home, CCL with Chris and his team did exactly what I needed done within an expeditious timeline to ensure a complete move with the home be ready for my family and my animals. They managed to fence in and connect around 4 acres of fencing and every time I let the animals out I have no worries that they will be secure in their new forest;) with all the different companies I have met with they were the only company that did exactly what we discussed and fulfilled their promises. I couldn't be happier. Chris and his team have integrity what equates to honest, fair and quality business practices. Don't pass this company up if they offer a product you require!
