You are able to speak to the same person everytime and use a direct line to reach us. Also with well over a decade of experience we are capable of helping you every step of the way and I would be surprised to come across a situation we haven't previously had experience with. It is common for other companies to deny jobs due to modifications or other reasons but it is not always a fact most of the time its the shops preference for thier own convenience. In this case it was mostly a concern with the Advanced Driver Assistance Safety systems and that it may not re-calibrate with such modifications. It was as simple as a call to the dealership to confirm the modifications specs were within their guidelines and a little bit of extra labor and special care to complete the job right. Needless to say if we can't answer a question we will get an answer, never deny you because we "are not sure". We strive to offer a Higher Standard of Service at Local Auto Glass and we also offer all customer accomidations like free mobile service, same day service when available, online price quoting (without need to speak to anyone) and the ability to reach us and complete the process by call email or text. We only speak English but we are certainly willing to you text translator if that will accomidate you. Thank you again for sharing this experience it is the perfect example of the benefits in choosing local business over large corporations. And just because they are bigger doesn't mean they can do it cheaper in almost every case we are actually able to beat thier price as we don't the unnecessary overhead, we don't charge for disposal and we don't charge for mobile service unless you are outside our service area and still request us.
