- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is transparent and in writing, there are no hidden fees with One Hour. There is no charge for us to come out and do an inspection, we only charge of the work is agreed to. We do offer discounts for Local Community Heros so please ask if you qualify. Financing is available!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with the free inspection and analysis. Our technicians will take the time to fully understand how your system is performing and if any repairs are needed. After that is completed they will explain to you what needs to be done and the cost. All of our work is 100% guaranteed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The One Hour team has been in business since 1999. All of our technicians are licensed and fully trained on all HVAC system.
