- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer affordable rates with flexible payment plans for training programs only a deposit is required to hold your spot. For boarding and daycare, no deposit is needed; payment is due at pickup. I also offer occasional discounts for multiple dogs or returning clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an evaluation to learn about your dog’s behavior, goals, and needs. From there, I build a customized plan designed for your dog’s specific personality and lifestyle. Each training program includes hands-on sessions where you’ll see your dog’s psychological progress and also learn how to handle and communicate with your dog effectively. My approach focuses on teamwork I train the dog, but I also teach you how to maintain that progress long-term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve attended multiple professional dog-training schools and worked with the ASPCA Behavior Team and veterinary assistants. I’ve also completed hands-on training with top-level trainers across the country, gaining real experience with all breeds and behavior types from puppies to protection dogs. My focus has always been on balanced training methods that achieve quick, lasting results through clear communication and structure.
