I can’t say enough great things about working with Marie-Christine. Across various projects from 2022 - 2025, she completely transformed my apartment in Philadelphia from an old, weathered rental unit into a bright, inviting space full of thoughtful design, character, and purpose. Every detail felt intentional, from the texture and finishes to the small touches that made it feel like home.
Her influence was felt throughout the apartment, but nowhere did it shine brighter than in the bathroom renovation, where she turned the dingiest space into the crown jewel of the home. Marie-Christine literally and figuratively rolled up her sleeves to design the bathroom layout from scratch, hand-selecting every last detail with my full trust and blessing - all of which paid dividends.
Marie-Christine was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, always bringing imaginative ideas and creative problem-solving to the table. She truly thinks outside the box and never settles until the job is not only done, but done right.
The end result speaks for itself - when it was time to sell, my apartment was on the market for just two days, receiving favorable terms and an excellent selling price, even in a tough market. This project of updating our living space came during a confining time in our life, the pandemic.
Marie-Christine came in with her creative ideas of doing board and bâton, and a fresh coat of paint, new curtains, new rods and door knobs giving our living room the facelift we didn’t even know we needed, to make the room shine so bright!
We were very happy with Marie-Christine’s work! She inspired us and helped motivate us to tackle the adjacent kitchen and nook area of our home!
Last year we sold our house and I know for a fact that if it hadn’t been for the updates and upgrades we created, the house would not have sold as well and as fast!
We owe Marie-Christine a big thank you not only for her vision and work, but also for her constant willingness to help and consultation work during our second phase of our house upgrade!
