I had a dripping bathtub faucet. David was quick to respond to my message and we were able to schedule an appointment right away. David responds quickly to messages and keeps you updated on his travel status. I live two hours away from his home base. He is friendly and professional. His attention to detail and thoroughness were unmatched, and his soldering skills were nothing short of exceptional—honestly, he could probably be a jewelry repair person working with precious metals! He replaced every single valve in my house with high-quality quarter-turn valves, sourced directly from his professional plumbing supply store rather than a big box retailer. Having used SharkBite fittings in the past, I know they don’t compare to the superior quality David provided. His use of copper and silver, combined with his masterful soldering, delivered incredible value, care, and insight. I now have complete peace of mind knowing my home is equipped with top-notch fixtures and valves, and I won’t have to worry about leaks. David’s expertise and professionalism made this a fantastic experience. Highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done right! I also couldn’t believe he was open to helping me with emergency work and came on 4 July!
