I worked with Jacob to help keep get a quote to install a non-load bearing header to support a folding door. He was very honest and transparent with the work, flagging potential code issues and making suggestions to make everything up to par.
He did additional research on how to make my project work. While I decided to not move forward with my project due to budget constraints, I appreciated his transparency and honesty. Those traits are hard to find in contractors these days. Thank you!

The United Sliding Dors guys were exceptional. They arrived early and got right to the task. They repaired three windows that came off the hinges due to me trying to clean both sides of the windows and pulling them out in error.
The guys knew exactly how to repair my windows. Now my windows are back to raising up and down properly. I’m so thankful to them for their efficiency and knowledge…..due to the hot weather I’m expecting this summer, I’m now ready for it. Thanks again guys, I’ll call upon United Sliding Dors again, if needed.

A wheel broke on our closet sliding door so I called for an appointment and he came over the same day. The technician was very professional, punctual, and efficient despite my somewhat ambiguous directions. He quickly diagnosed a broken closet wheel and repaired it within minutes.
