Amazing! Really great and easy communication with the appointment setter/mngr Carlos. They met every need we had and the cleaners did such a thorough job that we got our deposit back without issue or complaint from the landlord. As renters well know, this is nearly impossible. As a person with limited mobility, I think Rocio and company are a godsend and I'll most certainly hire her again when I return next summer. Thank you all so much for your help. I really appreciate you.
