Having been in construction management for 20 some years, currently in facilities supervision, and holding a contractors license, I am familiar with construction. Knowing the process of removing acoustic material from a ceiling, and having a busy schedule, I found it easier to have somebody do the work in my sons' condo. Roberto was one of a couple of drywallers out to bid the work. He was the only one who explained what and how he was going to do it, and unlike the others didn't prioritize on payment until I brought it up. I checked in on the first day, and although the home is empty, and we have other projects going on at the same time, Roberto masked and draped everything as if someone was living there. Now that he had started, he went through his schedule with me again, and a couple of days later he was done. I appreciate the fact that he sent me a message at the end of each day telling me what had been completed and that the house was locked. When we went to look at the finished product, you would have never known he was there except no more popcorn ceiling. I've seen plenty of terrible work in my day because guys want in, out and payment as fast as possible, but not Roberto. Pride in his work, and lots of communication is why I recommend Roberto.

Roberto was very responsive the entire process. He completed the work (popcorn ceiling removal) very quickly and I’m very happy with the results. He will be returning to install a ceiling fan for me. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Roberto is AMAZING 10+++stars! He is professional, responsive, neat, punctual, and a nice guy!!! I needed my ceiling scraped and some drywall work done between construction jobs and he fit me in, finished on time and was very clean for a very messy job!. His work is beautiful and he goes above and beyond to make sure your project is perfect. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs there ceiling scraped or drywall work! I will be referring him to all my family and friends and definitely using him again!!! Stop looking and hire Roberto you will not regret it!!!
