I rarely do reviews, but I wanted to share with other consumers searching for a Honest and Trustworthy Service Provider to meet their home automation needs...I couldn't stay silent about the AWESOME service I recently had with the business owner of Professional Home Automation! I am so happy that I hired Thomas to install 4 Ring Cameras and Solar Panels at my home. He exceeded my expectations...it was hard to select only 3 of the 5 reasons I liked about working with him because he met all 5 (Value, Punctuality, Work Quality, Professionalism, Responsiveness) and more! I had an urgent need to install my security cameras, and I liked that Thomas QUICKLY RESPONDED to my request for help, provided a FREE ESTIMATE, and GREAT/AFFORDABLE PRICES! In the day and time we are currently living in with home invasion crimes on the rise, I also wanted to hire someone I felt safe with coming to my home to provide the service. Since Thomas is an authorized ADT installer, he was the BEST CHOICE among the others offered. Thomas is friendly, patient, values and listens to customers concerns and needs, answers all questions about the services offered...he has a genuine desire to help and works hard to provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
