Parker did an incredible job installing our shower, shifting our drain over a foot just to accommodate the shower pan my fiancé and I selected, and raised our shower head. I appreciated that he took time to go over details and suggestions with me before moving forward with the project. He was detailed, upfront, communicative, and time efficient throughout the whole process. He is knowledgeable and experienced in his field, has a great attitude, and places emphasis on making sure we were happy with the results. For any future projects my fiancé and I undertake, we know who to call now!!

Parker is amazing! We contacted him for a second opinion for a broken water softener and he was awesome. He spent time testing the current system to confirm it wasn’t working and then looked at all the details of our home (pipes, sprinkler system, faucets, etc) to help determine the best possible replacement for our home (answering every question we had along the way). He also explained the risk of leaving the broken one installed while we waited to make a decision on a new one (something we were not aware of), and offered to remove it right then. We were so glad he explained all of it because as he took it away we found out we had been hours away from a very expensive issue for our house. He installed our new system perfectly and worked with us to find the right place in our garage so it took up the least amount of space. While there, he noticed a couple of other small things that weren’t ideal in our plumbing in our garage and took the time to fix some of the smaller ones for us, and explain the risk of some of the more expensive ones, so we could make the right decisions, prevent issues, and prioritize the fixes going forward. We plan to use Parker as our go to plumber in the future! We’re glad we found someone so knowledgeable, detailed, and awesome to work with!
