Sean showed up on time having telephoned me first. After having a look at our Venetian blind, whose lock stopped working, he quickly concluded that there was nothing wrong with the blinds and showed me how to operate it successfully. When I asked him what I owed him, he named a very modest figure and said "if that is all right" I told Sean that it was more than all right and that he was a very honest person and gave him a well deserved 40% gratuity. Sean is a very low-key, modest individual and it was a real pleasure dealing with him. He really made my day.
