I made contact with Roman on July 4th. The job, assembling a metal storage cabinet, exactly the same as another such cabinet I own, was time consuming for me, and I simply did not make the time nor the effort to do it myself. Roman's responsiveness was superb, and I quickly hired him while other Thumb tackers were asking for pictures and otherwise wasting my time. We set a time and date for the assembly job, and Roman arrived on time. Two thirds of the term "professionalism" are "responsiveness" and "punctuality". That said, he is highly professional. Since it took me over two weeks to assemble an identical cabinet several months ago, I can't make comments on work quality. Roman put the cabinet together quickly, and it opens and closes properly. I would be happy to contract him again for another project.
