I had an excellent experience with Angel, who came to repair the carpets in 4 rooms of my home. From start to finish, he was professional, prompt, and extremely skilled. He quickly assessed the damage and explained the repair process clearly, making sure I felt confident in the work being done. The results were outstanding and my carpet looks as good as new, and you’d never know there was ever an issue. What really stood out to me was Angel’s integrity. Unlike other service providers, when I noticed an issue with one of my carpets a week later, Angel didn’t ignore my concern or make excuses. He responded right away, scheduled a follow-up appointment, and came out promptly to take care of it honoring his warranty without hesitation. That kind of accountability and respect is rare these days, and I truly appreciate it. Angel is a true professional, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing carpet repair done right.

I had a hole in my carpet that I thought would be nearly impossible to fix without replacing the whole section, but Dominick’s and Furniture Cleaning did an amazing job patching it up. The repair is seamless—you can barely tell there was ever any damage. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Being the second job this day, he showed up later than expected. But he was fully prepared to examine the situation and complete the repair with the kit he brought with him. The work was done very well. There was no evidence of the original hole and frayed edges. The repair was done quickly and cleaned up nicely.
