Great experience from start to finish. Chris was informative and kind. I felt confident getting our hvac unit fixed with Chris, he walked us through the whole process and explained everything very well, it gave me not only confidence but also peace of mind knowing we had a professional working on our unit. Although repair was more than what we expected, he exceeded our expectations on the work he performed. Our system is now cooling better than it was before and we couldn’t be anymore happier to have chosen HVAC Pros as our hvac company.

Thank you to HVAC Pros and to Chris who came on the day of. I understand they were (are) busy and very much appreciate squeezing us in on the same day that my AC decided to stop working. What would have been a very uncomfortable night was averted. Will have to do regular maintenance, and will be with them.

Chris showed up on time and was able to tackle my ac unit; we had cold air blowing in less then 10 minutes. Mans knew what he was doing and was real professional and knowledgeable. Will come to them for all my AC needs.
