Had a toilet clog in one of the restrooms. Soon as I made the inquiry, Alexis called to discuss potential issues and solutions. At his next availability, he was out here with auger and the sewer clean out machine. The clog was 30’ into the line so we resorted to the machine. We had a garbage disposal that burned out, and needed a quick swap for a new unit. I reached out to Alexis, based on his reviews, location, and availability. He responded promptly in a professional and friendly manner. I booked him for the appointment. I had a new InSinkErator ready to go for him to swap out and install; it had slightly different modern parts for power/attaching, and Alexis was able to navigate the differences to install. He even took the old unit to dispose. Made our kitchen, and family, much happier. Awesome service, highly recommended!
