We also offer flexible financing, seasonal promotions, and exclusive discounts for Komfort Club members, veterans, seniors, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one: we listen. Every home and situation is different, so we start by understanding your concerns. Then we perform a thorough inspection, show you clear findings (often with photos or video), and present honest recommendations—always with good, better, and best options. Once you choose what works best, our team gets to work with care and respect for your home. Before we leave, we test everything and make sure you’re 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully licensed in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning in the state of California. We continuously train through industry-leading programs like ServiceTitan, Nexstar, and manufacturer certifications. Beyond licensing—we’re big on real-world experience, technical mastery, and customer care training, so you’re getting pros who know their craft and know how to treat people right.
