- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees (And if there are any fees applicable, we’ll let you know ahead of time before we do the job). We only give flat rate charges. And if sometimes our pricing may be a bit too high, I’m always okay to negotiate for an appropriate amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I formally introduced myself and as well as my team. Verify what needs to be hauled away again so that both end of the parties know what to touch and what not to touch. Finish the job promptly. And after the job, thank them for choosing to work with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve recently started about a month ago.
