Had a stressful situation that left me stranded without my keyfob. This guy had the best price out of 5 quotes, for 2 new keys.
What really stood out was his genuine positivity - he had this way of reframing the whole mess, that even worked on this NY cynic. His optimism was exactly what I needed after a rough couple of days.
Icing: he noticed electrical issues while working, traced it to blown fuses, & replaced them free of charge. Even showed me how to replace them myself.
