The booking process was easy. They were very responsive. I was able to get a promotion which made them the most competitive. They let you design your own reel on the bottoms of the photo strips. The attendant was on time and super nice. The only negative and in need of improvement was that their light was too weak and all the pictures came out pretty dark.
