FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are experiencing electrical issues, its extremely important to have a licensed electrician come out to troubleshoot/diagnose what's going on. In order for us to find the issue or issues we have to troubleshoot. Which is an hourly rate. Once we find the issue, we'll give you an estimate which covers the repairs (Labor and Materials). What you get for our services is an electrician with a van loaded with materials, tools, proper insurances, and experience to know how to troubleshoot your issues. We do offer Veteran discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to be informative and in constant communication with our customers. You will receive messages when the appointment is scheduled, when our electrician is on his way to you, when the invoice is due, and much more. We want to be transparent with all our communications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians go through a 11-month program designed to teach them about how electricity works, what materials are installed in certain locations, to so much more. However, the real training is done with real customers. Only are experienced electricians come out to jobs solo. Our apprentices will ride and be trained by multiple electricians/leads.
